What is Upgravia and how does it work?

Upgravia is a third-party service that activates Spotify Premium features on your existing Spotify account. After your purchase, you receive an upgrade key. You enter that key directly in our activation tool — no password sharing required. Premium features are typically active within 30 minutes.

Is Upgravia affiliated with Spotify?

No. Upgravia is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Spotify AB. Spotify is a registered trademark of Spotify AB. All purchases are for Upgravia's activation service only.

Do I need to share my Spotify password?

No. We never ask for your Spotify password. The upgrade process uses an activation key that you enter in our tool. Your account credentials remain private at all times.

How long does the upgrade take?

Most upgrades are activated within 30 minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases it may take up to a few hours. If your upgrade has not activated within 3 hours, contact our support team.

Which Spotify accounts are compatible?

Our service is compatible with standard Spotify Free accounts. It works on accounts registered in most countries. Student, Family, and Duo plan accounts are not supported. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact support before purchasing.

How long does the Premium upgrade last?

The duration depends on the package you select at checkout. Available periods typically range from 1 month to 12 months. You can renew your upgrade at any time from the Renew page before expiry.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund if the upgrade has not been activated on your account. Once activation is confirmed, refunds are not available as the service has been delivered. If you experience any technical issue preventing activation, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund.

Is my account safe? Will Spotify ban me?

We take every precaution to make the activation process as safe as possible. However, because this is a third-party service that operates outside Spotify's official terms, there is always some inherent risk. We recommend reading our Terms of Service before purchasing. We cannot be held responsible for any action Spotify takes on your account.

What payment methods do you accept?
