1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using upgravia.com (the "Service") operated by Upgravia ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

Upgravia provides digital upgrade keys that enable the activation of Spotify Premium features on existing Spotify accounts. Upon purchase, you receive one or more upgrade keys. These keys are delivered digitally to your registered email address or account dashboard, typically within 5–10 minutes of payment confirmation.

Upgravia is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Spotify AB in any way. "Spotify" and "Spotify Premium" are trademarks of Spotify AB.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Orders and Payment

Pricing. All prices are displayed in USD. Prices may change at any time without notice; however, any price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged.

Payment. Payment must be completed in full before keys are delivered. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit card), PayPal, and supported cryptocurrency processors. All payment processing is handled by our third-party providers; Upgravia does not store your full payment details.

Order Confirmation. A confirmation will be sent to your registered email address once payment is verified and your key(s) have been dispatched.

5. Key Delivery and Activation

Upgrade keys are delivered digitally within 5–10 minutes of payment confirmation under normal operating conditions. Delivery may occasionally take longer due to high demand or technical issues, in which case our support team will assist promptly. Keys are single-use and tied to the Spotify account you specify at the time of activation.

6. Replacements and Refund Policy

Free Replacements. If your key does not work or fails to activate Spotify Premium for any reason attributable to our service, we will provide a free replacement key at no additional charge. There is no limit on replacements for valid activation failures.

Refunds. Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment, we generally do not offer monetary refunds once a key has been delivered to your account or email. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis for undelivered orders. To request a refund or replacement, open a support ticket from your dashboard or contact us at contact@upgravia.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute keys without prior written permission from Upgravia
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Provide false information or impersonate another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Upgravia and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Upgravia and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Upgravia operates.
